Does T-mobile-us overtime lawsuit have any merit? Very hush hush. I hope not but I suspect it is factual. Maybe it's time for a union.

CWA - Can't Work Anywhere.
Salaried professionals were REQUIRED to work overtime. Quoting various executives: "Your salary puts you on the clock 24x7." Heard more than once from more than one person at the Director+ level.
Frivolous. Some ID10T couldn't figure out how to do their own time sheet correctly.

Put your money where your mouth is OP. Start union talks and get it going. Don’t wait for someone else to do it, or sit down.
