Made the mistake of writing to the now CFO a few times asking for help, only to have an eerie silence. She didn’t bat an eyelid to understand the situation on the ground before piling on work. Leads the WBRG but doesn’t understand the concept that not everyone has the privileges she does. Brave of her to post about FactSet being an engaged employer where employees are a priority, focused on and recognised for their contributions. Grade A hypocrite who treats people like machines.
If you want a preview of the hogwash that is to come in the earnings call, listen in on the investor day.
The ELT looked old, tired and out of touch with the reality of what AI can and cannot do for FactSet. The IBS leader turned beautiful shades of red when asked about the shrinking margins for Asset Managers.
The icing on the cake was the CFO saying, “ I learned the sales cycle is long. Blah blah blah. By the way, we accept credit cards. Always be selling, right Goran” With a single statement she made clear she has zero understanding of the sales landscape of a product like FactSet.
Please someone remind her we are not door to door salespeople selling cosmetics. If she were always selling, we wouldn’t be growing at 4-5% that we are.
