What percentage of IBMers invest in IBM stock?

I dumped all of mine in 2013 at around us$192, which is (adjusted for inflation) still more than the stock is worth today. I sold it then because GR was doubling down on shortsighted policies, morale was in the toilet, and all of Research was leaving for greener pastures which meant nothing meaningful in the future pipeline ... and you can see the results of that today.
Since then, I've been doing the transfer-and-sell more or less as described below.
If I ever feel that IBM has a future then maybe I would hold onto the stock, but it is even worse now than 12 years ago, so that will probably never happen.
I have RSUs, some vested some waiting to be vested, holding onto them for now...
Time will tell if that is a mistake or not! lol!
Agree with the above. I take advantage of the ESPP but transfer to my brokerage and sell immediately.
There's the ESPP program that gives folks a 15% discount on shares, so probably a surprising amount in raw numbers. In terms of those who actually hold onto those shares... given your employment is tied to the company you're investing in, you've almost got double exposure to them - doesn't feel like a wise thing to hold onto for a long duration.
