IT has women (so called) leaders. And from a certain country as their origin (they may flash their American passports but who are they kidding). And we know they all are taking the company/IT to Dogs. I wouldn't wish this to happen at the CEO level.

Most Americans would never approve a woman leader. I know I wouldn't. How would things have looked if Hillary was in her pants suit standing next to Putin. We would be a laughing stock. I'm all for equality, but only to a point. And this is that point. We got it right in November. And we'll get it right here, too. No woman will ever lead Ford Motor Company.
If we are going to get a women Sheila Hemp is the only choice. She already proven she knows how to turn around a culture and culture is Ford's biggest issue.
