I will start as I hate everything except the pay and pension.
If is is one thing I have to pick it is the people all of them. I have not met one that I liked. The people are always trying to make others look bad a fu ck each other over, They don t help or train others. They want you to fail and suffer. Once years ago exxon gave prior experience for vacation. I heard some employees talking about it. When I asked about it they acted like they did not know. I had to contact HR to find out. The worst are the minions and spies gathering intel and reporting to the supervisors. No one says hello and is friendly. No one goes to lunch or jokes around with each other. A lonely miserable existence. WEAM is a f-c king joke. Everyone is fir themselves in this squid hunger game. There are other problems but this is my worst. Let us know yours.

I looked in the mirror and see a millionaire. One who is tired of the unfair treatment. One who is experienced and talented. One who has jobs waiting for them. One who has an outside business. So if exxon and the in crowd hate me so be it. If they will not employ me to my fullest it is their loss. My retirement buddies are waiting for me on the other side. So f-c exxon and the toxic dysfunction. It is the play book isolate you so you will leave. They try to make you miserable and f-c with you. When it happens to you then you will believe it. So I take it everyone loves the place. Attack me but not the awful company shame on you. You are proving my point as you hate me and am the people at exxon. So according to the post you hate the people at excon the most.

These are the types of people that make the workplace toxic, poisoning the well sort of speak.
This sounds like it may be an issue with your personality. I’ve made good friends with people from every team I’ve been on. These are people that I’m happy to spend time with outside of work over the past 10 years. Maybe I’ve gotten lucky with the people or maybe my organization is less cut throat. But it’s surprising you can’t make a single friend over your entire career…
The only way I survive this place is because of my friends. Try transferring to another group. Have you had problems making friends elsewhere?
Sooryy I was supposed to get english lessons but no raise means substandard grammar and post. Hey I know a employee that cant spell or put together a paragraph and they are a supervisor. Talking to them is like speaking to a hip hop rapper. So yes you too can excel exxon. My negative feedback is that I wont bow down to the masters and kiss the ring, even for the wonderful raise I got. I cannot be controlled by them and that is why they hate me. I feel bad for the ones who kissed a ss last year and got no raise. Maybe next year if you kiss more. If you worry about feedback then you are truly clueless. This is a layoff and pip board. I no longer worry about my ranking as it is out of my control no matter what I do. Once the master was not happy that I did not ask about their family and kiss his a ss. I was told I would help if I did this. I told the boss to put it on my development plan and I would do it. Now if I did this I would not be able to complete the project for the supervisors eads. The rebuke from the supervisor was "What do you expect me to put down" I said" put down that I will kiss the bosses a-s and stroke their ego" . This was of course never done. They implied it. Funny thing about the supervisors complaints is they never put it in writing just talk. That way there is no evidence just suggestions that can be denied by the supervisors.
Let me guess OP, your feedback constantly mentions “attention to detail” and you think that’s just the man out to get you.
