No bonus but a d-mb email about upper management holiday traditions. What a bunch of tone deaf mo--ns. Maybe they preparing to lose a ton on the lawsuit

Here you go a communique with official signatures from the leaders and their generous sharing of their personal holiday traditions. A $25.0 gift card to everybody would be a better token of appreciation.

No Christmas bonus due to the fact that it discriminates against the owner having more money. Nothing to do with the merry Christmas/happy holidays debate

Correction about the last post, in 2018 everyone under director got the 20%, in 2020, it was 2 extra weeks pay. In 2021 it was $5k - but all of these were for exempt associates. I did not keep notes for non exempt, so the $500 for part timers and $1000 for full time might have been for hourly folks.

Sorry about the “20%” confusion. I’m referring to the overall company funding for exempt employees. This year, Abby announced it was 98%. Meaning, they take your salary, multiply it by your bonus range (depending on band, could be 15-40%), then they multiply that by your personal bonus percentage, which is usually in the 80-120% range, depending on your personal review. For those +20% years, they added that to the overall funding. If they did it this year, it would be as if the company funding would be 98% + 20% = 118%. So a person that makes $100,000 in a 20% band with a 90% review would get a $17,640 bonus because of the 98% funding, but if they did what they did in 2020 and 2021 they would get $21,240. Clear as mud?

I could use the money to pay down my massive debt for not being able to afford to live on what I make

What extra 20% two years are we talking about?
And it was 5000? I thought it was 500 for part timers, 1000 for full timers but I guess I forgot.

It’s possible. When they do announce these extras, it comes later than the normal bonus announcement. I’ve been exempt since 2005. As mentioned, they did $5k in 2021, +20% in 2020, another +20% in 2018. However, it only happened one other time, in 2010 it was one week’s pay. So the majority of these extras came under Abby. Also, under Abby, our bonus funding has been an average of 96%, where it was 83% before that (80% was the standard for decades)

Not sure what groups you all are in, ours was surprisingly good. The company performed well, but not every unit.

In this case the grass is actually greener, folks. This company is too woke and forcing ppl to quit with pathetic "pay raises" can't even match SS increase!

I'm getting a microscopic raise. No year end bonus. I feel like it's been talked about a lot but my manager acted like just made up the very notion
