Do we know what Directors and VP get as bonus -20% or 25% of annual salary?

What about managers with well over a dozen direct reports who do nothing but pretend to speak like they know things and got into their position by su-king up and are also incapable?
Redundant Dir/VPs should be laid off. Any Mgr with less than 5 direct reports needs to be made into individual contributor immediately.
I’m going to trust that I’m not stupid for putting in the hard work and extra hours to do an exceptional job.
Many other are like the previous poster - ethically crooks but very smart to draw free $$$ without doing anything. Especially senior Principals, Directors, VP and Sr. VPs.
We can only say this to them - happy living on human waste and poops!

Directors get 30%
VPs get 40%
C-suite get 50%
…regardless of how well the company is doing. So don’t let your leaders tell you that a 2% raise is generous.
I think target for Directors is 20 or 25%; VP is closer to 50 or 100%...
Directors, VP are above are human waste enjoying other employee’s poops to feed themselves.
They got 25% in HP times. Crooked leaders don’t do anything - just on a look out for escalations from PMO.
