Countdown to End of Hybrid

How much longer do us non LTIP peons have to enjoy hybrid? Or does this mean they’re laying off everyone below 26?

I've resigned myself to fact I won't be here in 2026 based on the rumors and supposed 30-40% cuts. It's been a great place to work and I'm at a loss. It su-ks but that's how it goes 😞

I'd much rather come to the office 4 days a week than the alternative of forced EOI.

Once they modernize our floors and squeeze more space into them, EOI and lay offs, expect to come back at least M-T starting in 26. I've enjoyed the 5 years of WFH then hybrid
