A new rule may be in affect by 2025, requiring all full time management and leads to work a closing shift atleast one night per week, and all managers must now rotate weekends off including the store manager. belk Human Resources was receiving numerous complaints about store managers working a day shift schedule with most or all weekends off, depending on the store.

My store all Mangers close at least 2 times a week .
In my store, managers haven't closed on a weekend night the entire year.The store manager hasn't closed any night nor worked a Sunday.
If they make it too 2025! It's so slow
That's nothing new to our store. All of our managers close 1 if not two nights a week, and work weekends.
