Started this job recently and was told based on my performance /expertise that I brought over from working in industry I would be eligible for chairman shares ? How much per share does this work out as ? I know it is based on the NAV and the vesting period is 2 years .

There’s videos about them on Fidelity central.
A share price is announced each quarter.
This year it’s been about $3-$3.50/share.
So, roughly multiple 3x8 quarters x number of shares you have and you’ll be in the neighborhood.
Once you have some, their current value shows up in net benefits app.
Share price rises and falls. Whats the point of telling u today🤷🏾♀️U don’t even own 1 share yet and u dont know when u will get them. Worse still, it migh never happen
