Closing of MAJORITY (GREATER THAN 80%) is ongoing.

All Reports are accurate. Timing is fluid because of regional laws and 5 competence of the people filing the papers.

Which is ironic. Considering the fees Avaya pays Bain...Bain should have the knowledge and capacity to fast track their plans. However, they earn more fees with delays and mistakes and here we are.

Wtf these decisions are based on?<

PROFIT!
For every one legacy client lost, it would take 500 ACO deals to fill in 50% of the loss, and it would take at least 3 years to get to that.

Activity does not equal profit. Avaya is only in the pofit business. Apollo/Brigade IS Avaya. No profit. No people.

NOW TELL YOUR BOY TO GO TO THE STATE to claim Avaya withheld pay if they did not offer a financial deal to cover for the trip. Avaya should add in the cost of the trip and the bonus that would have come along with it. If they are wise they should ask for it to come after January 1 for tax purposes.

Circle of Excellence? WOW. That anyone beleived this stuff is beyond understanding. I guess Avaya HR was successful in hiring the "robots who can't think on their own" strategy if anyone believed they were successful because they met arbitrary metrics as a RING CENTRAL VAR.

The ONLY question anyone remaining should be asking is --

  • how fast can/will the big government contracts depart? Will they exercise the clause in their contracts that Avaya must be a certain size/certain revenues/ no investigations, etc? Because the truth is that Avaya is in violation of every SLED and FED contract.

Its so messed up that people who got the confirmation for the Circle of Excellence after hitting their quota got laid off. That poor guy was all pumped and ready for the trip to Costa Rica. Wtf these decisions are based on?

They knew the shape of the company for a while now…but let’s wait until the holidays to let valued, loyal employees go before contractors or highly paid VP’s & managers that did nothing but help sink this company. Thanks Avaya! Time to learn a new system & use our talents with another Telecom company that actually cares about keeping up with the technology curve & its employees!!
