The pay’s not worth it, I'm constantly under a magnifying glass, and people are always coming and going. It feels like there’s no chance to climb the ladder, no matter how hard I try. We’re not treated like people, just cogs in the machine. I know many more feel like this. For me, all this points that it's time to move on. I think others should consider the same.

Medtronic is cooked. Terrible leadership, zero accountability at the top, and everyone is out for themselves not for Medtronic's mission. The executives and the boards are just squeezing as much money from this company before they leave us in ruins.
So happy moved on with the last early retirement enhancement while the going was good. This situation will continue to deteriorate to the point of now return.
Board gives me the mental picture of 3 (un)wise monkeys with clothespins on their noses.
And a non revenue-producing, non American, non innovating company! Thank the board!
