Remember that they fired people right before Christmas. Never go above and beyond again. Never put in extra work.

What does Christmas have to do with anything it’s just one day out of the year. I hope they cut you. You are what is wrong with 3M a bunch of entitled woke id--ts.
So much extra work will be expected because of this layoff. I had an insane workload which I was happy to have because I like being busy but my team is already overburdened. I don’t know how they will do it. It’s not them I feel bad for though, it’s the client (and myself).
Just a heads up - If you are at risk of being laid off I suggest you back up all your files now!! They will encrypt your files if you get laid off and you will lose everything
