Thread regarding Lumen Technologies layoffs

I have been a customer since 1979, but sadly no longer. I called in a repair and after several calls telling me we would not make it today. I got a hold of a supervisor and they told me Denver no longer supports dial tone. How ever there boss would pay for me to go elsewhere. So I am. After give this company roughly 35000.00 this is what I get

Nope, Not buying it, no supervisor is going go out on a limb and to talk to a customer about there pots service at this point!

They will refer it to engineering for a Discontinuance of service and the company sends a letter, it’s happening on a daily basis now, had customer come by shop with said letter of discontinuance threw hugs hissy fit. All due to road job! Boss was offsite and refused to talk to the customer..Boss said ask them to leave the property once, and if they refuse call the cops have them trespassed off and report the incident to security..

Lumen does not care if some customers go elsewhere. Your biggest mistake was not going elsewhere in 1980.
