Thread regarding Alteryx layoffs

Is 2025 the anticipated year for the full transfer of operations to India?

We’re aware this is on the horizon. Could someone confirm if it’s scheduled for Q2, Q3, or Q4? My team and I are trying to coordinate vacations and personal plans.

Thanks

I would focus on that because the new ownership has shown that they don't care about you and are corrupt.

It was no different under the previous owners. Let's be real—the past year has really revealed who the double-dealers are. It wasn't PE.

I guess losing a $320,000 job can leave some lingering anger.

Most people let go in the multiple rounds of layoffs where making nowhere near that. They were given no advanced notice, let go that day. Those with RSUs had the majority of their shares taken away & never vested while the executives cashed out.

If you love the companies products, customers and your colleagues, I would focus on that because the new ownership has shown that they don't care about you and are corrupt.

'You’ve got people, employed or not, targeting certain positions. They scour LinkedIn for the initials of someone in that role and stir up chaos until the job opens on the careers page. '

Seriously? I guess people will do anything for a job. That's just taking it to the next level.

...and some current senior directors, directors, senior managers, and managers.

No question, yes. That is a given.

Although I do think it's a small number of folks who are doing 80% of the posting here. A long tail of others just drops in comment bo--s from time to time, but not regularly.

I am 110% sure that our former CMO posts here, and continues to post here. As well as at least two of his (former) VP direct reports.

Whenever layoffs occur or someone quits here, bot and troll activity spikes both inside and outside the company, turning message boards into a bad TV drama. I've heard that everyone from our former CMO, CRO, CEO to current employees post on platforms like Blind and Glassdoor.

Marketing professionals don’t stay long; everyone’s applying elsewhere anyway.

Move on.

You can pay people on Fiverr $5 to post on boards all day. It's a cheap way to engage users, who often get alarmed when they see their initials. This isn't difficult since LinkedIn profiles often get scraped. Google your name, see what other company has your work info.

Earlier this year, users were addressing people by their first names; now, we've reduced it to initials. It's trolls and bots. Just stop caring.

This kind of trolling has been done by competitors before—can't recall the exact name, but it was those folks from Inspire 2024. They even did it openly on LinkedIn for MONTHS before the event. Not sure why this board stirs up so much drama when Glassdoor has just as much dirt.

The other problem with this site is that anyone can just load it in a private browser, repeatedly, and up/down vote any post as much as they want.

It is 100% plausible that all the sh-t posting and upvoting of the sh-t posts are done by one person. Maybe a competitor, maybe a pi---d off employee, but there is a reason they aren't doing it on a place that requires even the least amount of validation or brute force post bo----g.

I honestly don't like Blind either, but it's far more accurate that this sh-t hole.

“ who can’t post on blind because they don’t work at Alteryx anymore.”

It’s funny how quiet Blind is in comparison to TheLayoff, where anyone can post.
My take is if Blind starts confirming these rumors then it has some truth, but nothing horrible has been confirmed since the last layoffs in May.
On this site, something horrible is being claimed every hour.

This is bullsh-t.
It’s not happening. It’s not confirmed. This is classic trolling from pi---d off people who can’t post on blind because they don’t work at Alteryx anymore.

Fu-k off.

It’s confirmed.

If you are in USA and not looking for a job, wtf are you doing?
