Ready/Not Ready Toggle Tool Roll Out

Anyone concerned what management intends to do with moving all workflows (non customer service) to service hub and the integration of the ready/not ready toggle tool feature they are rolling out?

Too bad fixing bugs on the site are lower on the totem poll than micromanaging us.

I think it means more micromanagement is coming. Ready/not ready brings a full new host of metrics and way to penalize despite it having nothing to do with calls
