The management is a complete disaster, and don’t even think about getting anywhere with your career here. The office culture is toxic - dealing with endless office politics is like walking through a minefield. Hard work will get you more piled on. And if you're not a sycophant, good luck with job security.

At EM, it is not what you know, but whom you know.
Success at EM is not systematic, methodical, or even predictable, but more akin to a lottery.
If you are not bouncing around departments you are oblivious to within 5 years, you are doomed to just suffer through each day until you get NSI for no valid reason and you job gets offshored.
