Raise and Bonus

Why do we work here? A one percent raise and about a third of our bonus? Time to move away from this toxic culture, doing 3 peoples jobs and no accountability.

Toxic is right! Especially Alex Zorn’s team. They are all miserable and their leadership has no idea! That team is NOT about its people!!

In General, should find out raises and Payout will be delivered February timeframe. My experience says that a good manager will let you know how it works….Decisions are made by/during December. Could be a little different between the pillars (manufacturing, sales, etc.). If new to Pepsi, they will prorate a full years based on when hired. If hired after 10/31 then may not get anything. be el

Do what I did, when the 1 percent raises started I shut down and did basically nothing for 5 years , which is still more than what my manager did. Then when I was finally layed-off I got a great severance package and rolled happily into retirement collecting my pension. It worked out great !
