What could be considered as a high compensation range?
They are targeting a $1bn reduction in SG&A on a total of $7.2bn. This is a 14% reduction overall and much of that is in headcount. They will be targeting higher compensation employees and non-operational or plant employees to reduce impact on customers and business performance.
