Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

Saving money has hit a new low - no turkeys for remote workers

Around this tine of year , cargill FTE usually get a voucher for a Thanksgiving turkey 🦃
Not this year. Remote employees did not get one. Mgrs were never informed that they had to actually request one

Well i guess better no turkey that loosing a job but it's showing you how they are trying to stop the $ bleeding i guess

Also shows that Remote employees are no longer appreciated.

The HR email we received about the turkeys said $40. Actual coupon was $35. Is this really how we're saving money now? You really needed that extra $5??

Your manager could request certificates for anyone outside of Wichita or Minneapolis. It was in the fine print.
