Why is there so much resistance to coming up with new ideas and directions, and to integrating younger people into the company? Having a high turnover of newcomers has really become damaging for the future of Cisco.

Your post was nebulous at best. If you are an employee it proves why hiring so many newbies and less than entry level off shores are ki-ling this company.

The ELT’s goal is to lower the avg WAGE of employees. That’s why they LR workers & hire younger ones in INDIA. But the younger ones see how bad it is & leave

The young people that have been brought in for the last 15 years haven't done much and the people with the base knowledge are all gone.
