Common theme the past couple years. Assuming it’s going to repeat? Anyone know how bad?

@1ddq+1vB4mz88 - The pot is exactly that sweet. VRP and layoff packages are identical, with the one difference being age and the ability to utilize your 401k earlier without IRS penalties.
Vrp is different that layoff. I bet when they do layoffs it will be in February and the pot may not be so sweet
Why would they bother? They just laid off half the company.
