I left and have never been happier, there is life after halliburton. Yes the money may be less but working with motivated, trained people, that care about the job they are doing outways the renumeration . The feck wits do not realise they are feck wits ,they think you are the feck wit.and write about you saying you should leave. Open your eyes to the way things are being done.
Why dont you Just leave if you hate it that much, it's simple and you will give people who want to work a chance to get your job. Why spend your life miserable and publicly slating the company which has paid for your lifestyle for years, sad times. The only thing that will shut the doors is the people themselves. Great shame that the place is going down the tubes, many people have put in a good effort over the years to keep the facility going. Many of us made a good living out of the place and put in the effort, seems now the new generation don't want to work hard hence the issues with quality and output. Roll on the layoffs time to cash in.
Halliburton Arbroath has made me the man I am today. I have learned so many new skills. I have learned to lie, cheat and do creative maths. Even my wife can't tell if I am lying anymore. It's fantastic. Thank you so much Halliburton for making me the man I am today.

Coolant, when was the last time a ph test was done? Or you could empty the coolant and refill with fresh coolant. Failing that the sump has to come out and cleaned. It should be done every 12 months. That's what I use do.

Horrible place to work if you don't sign paperwork on you in a second yet blatent issues going on all over the place.... Cheating the books.. Dr-g culture within... Cronyism off the scale... Nepatism for all too see... Scrap hidden from view... Workforce loathe the management... More pay offs in January. Be warned, hearing close to 100% likely. Place is ran by the biggest bunch of regarded mo--ns I have seen in my time. To get to the top you either need a hot load in your mouth or family connections, or a worse thought... maybe both. Halliburton can do it much cheaper abroad and with these clowns in charge, it will make the leadership in Houston an easy decision.
