Is JV even authorized to work in the US? They need to dig into this detail since a Canadian running a US corporation in the US is not cooperating with a US government agency.

The government has no teeth. The hedge funds have been plying games long enough to know the bureaucracy just barks and won’t bite because they have senators in their pockets. Stop or I’ll say stop again!!

Nothing will come of it. The UP has been playing this game for years. They'll do only do what's necessary to get the regulatory heads happy, and then it'll go back to the way it was. I'm waiting for the hearings to start up again, especially since that article had a negative tone towards the UP. Remember, Vena is going to answer for all issues now. Fritz isn't here to protect him anymore.

Remember this is just a bunch of hedge fund people placing bets on the market and economy because they understand the rail shows the true position of the economy. The stock is infused with hedge fund groups, but they are banking on the railroad shipping product and the market is soft and will remain soft for another 2-3 years, but who am I, I just go forwards and backwards.
