It is disappointing our AVP defunded events so he could go to see his favorite team in London. We are being told to watch our expenses while he uses the budget for selfish reasons. He busts our chops for not entering pipeline (takes time to develop) from events but he defunds events so he can go on a selfish trip to watch his team. My RM says peers are hearing the same from their sellers that this trip is BS like other trips of his. They are for selfish reasons and take budget from us in the field. Our area has been last 2 of the last 3 years and it starts with leadership.

AVP is a role
This is true as I am an AE in CCA. Most of the field is aware of the blatant misuse use of budget and defunding events so he can go to see his pathetic New England Patriots in London.
This is a bot - keeps posting the same message in multiple boards. AVP is not even a role at Cisco.
