S&T News?

Any major news for S&T that are being kept under wraps? Layoffs? Reorg? Just wondering, as I can confidently say out of the 5 companies I worked for that this is the biggest shtshow ever. It’s all talk and never anything actually being done. No wonder other CPG orgs are undergoing a real digital transformation and experiencing actual tangible benefits. Athina just makes a podcast with a name that doesn’t make sense and acts like she hasn’t contributed to klling the value of the company since she took the CSTO. Don’t know who in the future will listen to her after she eventually gets canned, a stagnant stock price while competitors are constantly growing is a horrible sign…

Regarding the previous comment about G calling people stupid in meetings, that attitude trickles down too. S&T and particularly GDG under Teresa is incredibly toxic.

It's unfortunate that the leaders who report to Athina feel intimidated to speak with her. G-yatri often invokes Athina's name to justify her abusive behavior and act as she pleases. During calls, she openly calls everyone stupid. She claims to be the smartest and threatens to fire anyone who doesn't comply. Her behavior resembles that of someone running a kindergarten. It's possible that she believes she could take Athina's place, given how she conducts herself.

Athina and G-yatri are running the sh-t show and it’s so bad, it’s laughable!
If their plan is to completely destroy S&T, they’re doing an excellent job.

S&T is a sh-tshow, It's impossible to get anything done with so much bloat, red tape and incompetence.

Want to backfill an open role? Get approval from 3 VPs, wait for weeks, then TA takes another three months to give you the cr-ppiest candidate list they could find, move ahead with one, HR tells you no because are all male and you dont meet equity guidelines, go to the next, doesn't pass medicals or background check or any other random HR process. Meanwhile hear from the candidates that they were never contacted or that TA didn't describe the job accurately and they are withdrawing from the process. Third time's a charm, then IT will fu-k up the onboarding, wrong equipment, missing software, file a ticket, abandoned for weeks. Onboard your associate, a productivity task hits you. Manage out the new person because this what will hurt the less your operation. Associate tells you are a di-k and the worst decision she's ever made in her life. Angry stakeholder, he liked the person. Finance will continue charging for the position throughout the year, a VP will question you the next year for this.

LT asks you what value do you bring to the table, makes to question yourself at an existental level. Life is miserable. OHS comes in, you failed every mark. They add it to your objectives and put you in an improvement plan because you are an awful manager.

Repeat this for every responsibility you have.

This is life in S&T.
