I work in Investment Solutions at one of the regional centers and I've heard talk about some sort of unionizing effort this week. I can't imagine all these white kids ever actually attempting to unionize, but who knows. It doesn't even appear to be centered around the new in-office requirement, either. A lot of the things they've done to our BU have been pretty short-sighted and abysmal lately. Is anyone else hearing about this?

Union meeting at 900 Salem Street.
Billionaire funded shelt- I mean 401k firm that protects the accounts of millions of clients...and itself- is not interested in dealing with that lol. They'll just can everyone and replace them with multi lingual migrants at lower pay, while getting a sweet tax break on wages paid. Non Us citizens can be licensed stock brokers. Don't get too comfy folks...the uhh "Chairman's stock" they give out is nothing more than an IOU. I'd stay far away from anyone mentioning the unions. As they say, the Johnson family didn't get rich paying fair wages to non Johnson family members lol
This definitely is not from HR. This post is racist, replace “white kids” with any other race and it’s offensive.
Be careful, HR is looking out for this and this question maybe directly from one of them. Anyone responding to this internally would be immediately fired. They take unionizing very seriously and would be willing to close a site over it.
Not the first I’ve heard, but each time I hear, it’s associated with a different site and BU, which makes me think it’s more of an urban legend. I cannot imagine what the company’s response would be. I mean, not favorable, but I wonder if there’s ever been a serious attempt.
