Someone said that JG indicated 50% cuts to his org in US. Some jobs moved to ENGINE and some just gone altogether. Honestly I’m not sure how much value that org adds to probably about time.

That already happened. CTV doesn’t exist anymore as a standalone org and “innovation” is half the size of the original groups that came together to make it.
CTC and BU’s are working together on projects that help the BU’s through (1) Asset Class level MVP projects and (2) MWTC projects that build for tomorrow. Innovation lab and CTV are out of touch with both BU’s and rest of CTC. CTV is dysfunctional, and getting projects off the ground is almost hopeless. Innovation lab doesn’t want to innovate anything unless it has the word ML or AI in it, even if the idea moves the needle. If one needs to reduce, I would dissolve CTV and IL
Cutting costs is the peak in management inovation at CTC/CNE.
There hasn't been any "innovation" coming out of CTC (and its predecessors) for at least a decade, going back to EB's layoff program in 2014/15. No need for a CTC when you have ENGINE and outside consultants who can do no worse than current CTC.
What about RTC?
Cut all the managers in CTC. They are the worst people.
There are good people in that org, it includes TEMA.
What does CTC actually do. Say you cut all of it what is the true impact? Most BU's bypass them as much as they can.
Cut CTV.
