My bonus payout was just over 40% of last years. I think I've tightened my belt enough. Meanwhile, the ELT have had 30% pay rises and 1-2 of those bandits were fired for incompetence.

Come back when the bonus is cancelled. wages are frozen and the promotions are dry. People still worship the CEO who did all those things.

The ELT tell us they get lower bonuses - now let’s get serious they get their RSU based earnings without fail. And they cut jobs which is a low blow way to go and they get more pay for taking the easy way out by laying people off and not having a proper strategy even after 10 years.
Please with your bonus to 0 - they’re already laying us off and slashing our pay checks left and right.
