Town hall Q&A is gross

After nearly 8 months as CEO, Rebecca has finally addressed layoffs, plans for how to keep high performers, and pay increases which are all jokes. Perfect political non-anwers, props to the writer because it certainly wasn't the CEO.

Any thoughts on points that stood out?

The high performers (in development, at least), have already left.

The only ones left are either useless or responsible for the architectural masturbation of their various apps, which are glorified Dynamics 365 plugins.

The pay increases are a joke. You know how many people they gave the pay raise to that was then let go shortly after that. Nothing people say in this company I trust anymore. Even receiving a raise doesn't guarantee safety from layoffs.

It doesn't make up for the fact the company is sh-t and a terrible place to be. Or all the horrendous/shady things the company has done. Or all the people who got there lives turned upside down. You can't dismiss that or think morally that's ok.

The company lost all my respect months ago. They are all talk and covering there as--s at this point.

What makes medical solutions “great” is its people and its technology. Both of which, coincidentally, are broken beyond repair.
