RTO has always been just another attrition tactics

I intend to comply with every condition. I’m not leaving for free.

99% sure RTO at Franklin Lakes will amount to "take more/all teleconferences from the office" - if you work at HQ you're just part of a centralized call center.

Without any mention of teeth, it is hard to understand if people will comply when many have not when policy was 3 days. This will have opposite effect then desired since many will push back on regular 7am or earlier calls with rest of the world that already disrupt their mornings if they then need to trek into the office. Globalization already has many teams working remotely but push to bring those jobs to back to US offices is not being considered to make sure we ‘collaborate’. Short sighted power move at best. Is stagnant stock price over last 5 year really due to lack of face to face opportunities or something else?

Not worth the misery of having to see some of these people in person. I will gladly leave and forfeit any monetary gain to maintain the life balance I have grown accustomed to. If they think the ones who remain are the most committed they’re wrong.
