Why do we not have a office staff union? We are being decimated by ELT. Can't do a thing alone but all together have more of a chance fighting MWs greed.

Unions are a great way to layoff entire staffs, not just poor performing dead weight.

Good Luck... In Texas Unions are not allowed to collect dues, so there isn't that much of an incentive for them to push, unless it's more of a nationwide related union. There are several out there, and Chevron cannot by law stop anyone from creating one, but it would be up to employees to really care to join.
