RSU's at all levels in bay area on average , if you are getting below this you have been duped

G10 - $70000
G11 - $100000
G12 - $130000
G13 - $200000

RSUs are supposed to keep you with the company (leave it or lose it). Some get $12.5k, $15k, $17k, etc in RSUs? That are absolute peanuts.

Location info is missing. RSU's in one location might be a lot while the same amount might be little in another location.

Portfolio SE G10 7% + 15k. However I was below MRR and now still low zone 1 while I should be zone 3 or grade 11. (Was hired cheap 7 years ago, coming from a partner).
