Is that the running amount you should have at all times per grade or what you should have been awarded this latest cycle?
RSU's at all levels in bay area on average , if you are getting below this you have been duped

RSUs are supposed to keep you with the company (leave it or lose it). Some get $12.5k, $15k, $17k, etc in RSUs? That are absolute peanuts.
Location info is missing. RSU's in one location might be a lot while the same amount might be little in another location.
