Everything is completely formulaic, so its not surprising that we're getting 0% TC increases when salary bumps are pre-ordained, AIP is static & tied to sh-t company performance, and equity "ranges" were established a few years back such that historical top performers were already above the range.

Meanwhile, Phil Snow got a 10% TC raise this year, for his great work missing targets, revising them down, and then missing them again!

Lseg reported more than 2x fds growth. How is that possible ? It seems like factsets goal changed from double digit growth to be a company run to grow by cpi. Crazy strategy for a former model company
