I work in claims, high value ones. All small claims will be handled by accenture, they would like to use AI to handle them actually, but at the moment we are decades away from that technology, at least for ordinary claims (at the noment AI is mostly overhyped BS). Most of the claims have been already outsorced, I don't see changes in the near future, but you never know...
