"Getting walked out of the Arizona Innovation Center."

It was the third best thing that every happened to you but someone else had to make the decision for you. You have no control over your life or your life's outcomes.

That makes you a loser, and I guarantee that that mentality manifests itself into other areas of your life. Which brings into question the #1 and #2 on your list. How are those things going for you?

I choose to work at GM. If things aren't great, I will leave voluntarily. I'm not going to sit around crying about how sad I am about this or that. "THE CULTURE!, S-B." I'm not going to leave it to GM to tap me on the shoulder. "Oh what a relief, I had no control over my own life!" For many reasons, organizations suffer because of the loser mentality. America suffers. It's not something brag about. It's not manly. It's childish, simp behavior.

In Canada we have such an overwhelming response from the vaccine injuried in the VISP program that people are being funneled into the MAID program (assisted sui-ide).
Please, please think before you make this choice.

The main reason we should all be voting for K is the hope for another vacc1ne mandate. With RTO I have had C at least five times. The horrible un-vaxxed are a threat to everyone!

Being negative and blaming all of your personal failures on others is the trait of losers.
I see a lot of that here.

If you are stuck, get yourself unstuck. Don't look around. Look in the mirror.

Is that how you're planning to RTO?

The only thing toxic here is you.
If people enjoy their employment at GM, why not just leave them alone?
And if you truly feel this way, leave.
You sound bitter.
Not a good look.

Is the grass any greener at a supplier or other oem though?

I agree, GM is soul-eating and it's on you if you put up with the toxic environment.

I agree - life is what you make it.
I choose to embrace my own choices and that includes the choice to work at GM.
Every day is enjoyable because I choose that.
I'm not living and dying over GM but I do love working there and I take it one day at a time. I'm not going to get into doom and gloom, complaining about my job, my boss, having to go into the office. That's not a winning mindset.
I'm certainly not going to encourage others to leave. That's destructive, soul-eating behavior. But if you truly hate it, that's on you too. You hold the keys to your own outcomes.

Life is what you make it. I never regretted my exit form 12 mile and Van Dy-e! Looking back it was such a dysfunctional environment - both sides of the tracks!
