Watching upper management reinvent something they know absolutely nothing about has got to be the best comedy show ever. Investors are just as clueless since they've let these chumps stay on and make their stock worthless. They're getting their advice from monkeys that are selling them on AI, offshore cr-ppy customer service and do it yourself copy fixing for customers. A wise investor would anonymously purchase some of these machines and services so they can see the lack of meat on these turkeys. Who on earth is stupid enough to buy anything from these morans?
Make it mandatory to complete so they can say "see everyone is on board with Reinvention" so they continue to delude themselves

It used to be a “waist” of time. Back in my day they used to feed us so good.
It was more of a communication with nothing new communicated. To call it "training" is questionable, as it had no substance. It was a waist of time.
For the love of God, leave now. They want to enter the IT services space; you had it and you sold it to Atos, you then had BPO that you spun off as conduent and sold off. 3D sold off, French development sold, parc given away, manufacturing closed - everything you touch is toast and so are you, lovely xerioids.
What a waste of time and money.
You will need 30 years to clear the xerox name after all the lies and misinformation and mismanagement they have created.
Why anyone for any reason under the sun, is still here or considering staying here is beyond comprehension.
