Mismanagement/Company Struggles

The company is badly mismanaged, they struggle, bring in overpaid hacks, fire people & get funding with an improved balance sheet. Then rinse & repeat cycle every 5 years.

The unceremonious way employees are fired after being recognize as high performing after 20, 30 or in my case 40 years is a travesty.

Good To Great? How about Great To Abysmal??

APAC’s going down the gurgler. They’re hiring for top roles, giving the jobs to folks in India for APAC positions, and shafting the local high performers in the process. Morale’s at rock bottom. P turned out to be a right d***, loves flattery, and hands out important roles to the boot lickers. Ffs.

My sources are telling me that ML will be fired to is week. Am surprised, if that really happens, that she made it all the way to gitex in the first place.
