This place has become a nightmare with its toxic environment, shutting down any differing opinions, pushing us beyond our limits, and ignoring our personal lives and schedules. Our efforts go unappreciated, and the culture lacks integrity and empathy.
Despite our complaints, nothing has changed. It’s clear that the leadership doesn’t care about our well-being. We need to stand together and make our voices heard. If things don’t improve, we should consider a walkout to demand a healthier, more respectful workplace. We deserve better pay, reasonable workloads, respect for our personal time, and a supportive culture. And you know they’d hate it if we unionized
