The word is out there are going to be cuts right before Thanksgiving. We all know the routine.. I'll believe it when I see it. Hang in there!

Fill out the survey for what reason, we are still paying for boots we are required to have and the survey let's us save no money . The we are one b.s. was made by H.R. pyschiatrist trying to analyze our need for job security, with smoke and mirrors.
No mechanical car dept. jobs gonna be cut.Carloads are creeping up to highest in 6 years.Velocity is great and Vena a team is growing business best it's been in 10 years. Everyone do their jobs be productive and fill out all surveys and it will continue getting better.
Go get that manager going back to the tools. He made us all miserable, now it's he's turn to feel it
The NP Bailey yards car department is getting a new manager, as of December 1st I guess the current shop director is getting cut to go to the car department. Shall be interesting
