Serious question, has anyone requested a ISP from their manager? How did it go?

Suggestion 1. constrctively confront your manager and management team on clarity of purpose and metrics of your success …apply yourself to that purpose and document your progress 2. Look for other options where you see that chance for number 1…3. Remember you do work for number One first. So be true to yourselfLLC so limit you liabilities while applying your abilities to your limits

They will likely honor your notice that you give
But don’t count on it
It's too late. The lists are locked. You could have done this and been successful about 3 weeks ago.
