Does anyone know if the revised vacation policy on accrual went into effect 1/1/24 or 7/1/24? New policy was announced late June / early July 20204.

They won’t. No way. They have been warned for at least 6 years and likely longer … Completely missed the Boat.

Every single person I worked with is now gone. And only 2 of us retired. That’s 12 additional techs. The service manager. The Ops manger and the major account rep are gone. Not to mention the people in parts, billing, and admin. Who were forced out. Outsourcing.

Yes, it is true and it was implemented with lightening speed and right on schedule. When have you ever known Xerox to lie when it comes to cutting employee Total Rewards in order to save the company money?
they're gonna change it to a permanent vacation(unpaid) pretty soon...look for a new job, please. for you and your family's financial safety
