Thread regarding New York Community Bancorp Inc. layoffs

This had nothing to do with performance. It's so disheartening to see good people who gave their all to the bank shown the door without a second thought, while some of the slackers who are only good at butt-kissing are still here. The leadership should be ashamed of themselves.
