Will our management take a pay cut this time before laying off any employees? Will us average Joe's take the brunt of management failures yet again? I don't think people like MW or MN have a soul enough to do anything to help anyone than themselves. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.

NH is already ‘taking accountability’. CVX doesn’t reduce pay, they clean house.

MW already mentions that his CIP suffers as well, he's in it with us LOL
MW and MN think and believe that they are saving the company. They are making the tough decisions now for future benefit. They will reward themselves for doing a great job.
