To my knowledge and for those that don’t know, MPC traders get the corporate bonus + trader bonus. Trader bonus target is $50k with ceiling at $100k. It is a cash payout paid out around the time of the corporate bonus with no vesting period. I believe this years payout for performance last year was the first.

I knew an id--t who drank his way through high school and became a trader. These are people who feel more self important than they really are. Don’t need AI to replace these clowns
