Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Possible Letter Leak

I want to address something critical. I've realized that I have developed an addiction to layoffs, driven by the thrill of cutting costs and restructuring. This behavior is harmful to our company and to all of you.

I am seeking professional help to break this cycle and rebuild our company culture. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I work through this challenge.

Thank you for your continued support.

No. MW and all his cronies are laughing all the way to the bank while you spend your career in the salt mines.

Get a hobby. Champion and introduce a new tool then continue the sales campaign even after the initial roll out proves disastrous. Yes, it will cause stress and work for others but at least you'll be engaged in other work. It's the chevron way.

Acceptance is very important in any addiction. I'm glad MW is getting help!
