This is just to buy time until some kind of deal comes into play. Foundry spin off rumor is slowly turning into reality.

It’s a hedging strategy - if this works they will claim victory … if not , they will spin it out and claim victory as it this was the plan all along !
They could have been bolder but must feel this is enough to placate shareholders and potential customers.

Halfway there as to the global 15% headcount reduction !
so Oct. the leftover 7.5% will be ISP'd !
