I had subscribed to Coursera and Udemy business from Cisco Learning portal, which said annual subscription couple of months back. Will I have the access till Nov 15 or it will be gone from tomorrow?

I'm not OP, but this is indeed very telling, about you. The anonymous internet lurker who insults and does not seek to understand. Were you LRd and mad at the world for it?

And the above is an id--tic answer. Not the most because I am sure you can do worse. The guy is worried about his options to learn and improve for the next job search. In my opinion that kind of access should not be cut.
You will lose access to most internal systems starting today. Check on the HR support FAQ or open a ticket.
