Habitual posting guy needs to see a shrink. His hourly posts are getting more deranged and hilarious by the hour. Doesn't he realize 99% of the posts on here are his, and everyone reads them just for laughs, and nobody takes them seriously? Oooh, write your congressman, that's showing them! Yeah what investments towards employees? If your employees is for managers and engineers we already know they are treated like gold. If you are talking about techs I've never seen a more blatant lie. Nothing is ever done for techs unless its going absolutely harm them. How about you tell us that how you had managers pick level 1 through level 4 techs during midyear reviews? Oh wait you don't want people to know that level 1 to 4 techs were chosen to be laid off for the end of 2024/beginning of 2025. Hmmm. Company is really good at communicating right. @3qaj+1uypdQOs, can you tell us where the chips act money is going? Or is that going to be another response to being related to 8.2? Which we all know isn't happening. Can we use chips act money to update the building or get better tools? Considering that the building is literally falling apart and has leaks coming into the fab/labs. No, thought so. Thank you
@3qaj+1uypdQOs for being such a great representation of HR at good old great GlobalFoundries. Where dreams are broken, techs are overworked, and the company only layoff techs. Knowing we have an abundance of managers and engineers who do not do a thing. But making sure those old IBM guys, Chuck Schumer, and all the bigwigs who inside trade are happy with their pockets lined with green. Must be the best decision this company has ever made.
Yaaaaay for the GF Christmas Party that is absolutely pointless to go to. Instead of paying our overworked staff. Let's have a tax write off instead. Then get rid of those employees jobs to ship overseas to India, Malaysia or Singapore. So much caring about your American employees.

Analysts said when Tom took over that the stock was worth $15. He has almost tripled that! That is why everyone in the know supports him.
The RSUs are worthless might as well take your money and just burn in a garbage can

Yes a lot of positive things happening in Malta. Huge investment in the employees coming. It will be the premiere place to work in that area!
The company has a TON of job openings posted in Malta. The hiring seems to be a good sign
And one day later the stock drops back down to where it was. I hate this shtty company, but even so I do my job and do it exceeding well, despite the idit TC at the top.

Stock is doing absolutely horrific! Not even IPO price after 5 years. This is a temporary boost only related to the fed interest rate cut. It has nothing to do with this sh*t company or the a$&hole in charge of us Tom F-king Caulfield.
The analysists are finally seeing through the smoke and mirrors that TC presents each quarter, basically he gives very low expectations and meets them, however, the gross margins even though they get met they are not even close to being competitive with UMC and TSMC for example. GF is now paying the price of playing games with setting expectations so low, the industry has no confidence in them.
