Last year's layoff came in two phases. I don't recall what they said about this year's layoff.

$200M-$300M of the $1B was kept aside from the allocation for the next layoff. Cisco has been doing frequent layoffs since 2001 and they've done nothing to show they'd ever do anything else so manage your career accordingly.
